1. Scope

The transaction and delivery take place exclusively on the following conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

2. Contract partner, language, applicable law

The contract is concluded with Time Mode G.M.B.H., FN 92093 G, Suppanstraße 69, 9020 Klagenfurt, Austria.

The contract language is German. Austrian law applies to the exclusion of the United Nations' Convention on Contracts for International Buy.

3. Contract conclusion

The order from the customer represents an offer to conclude a purchase contract with us. In the online shop, the customer gives a binding offer for buying the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the button "Now buy for a fee". With the click, these general terms and conditions are recognized.

If the customer orders something from Juliejulsen.com, the customer receives from Time Mode G.M.B.H. An email in which the receipt of the customer is confirmed (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not represent the customer's offer, but only notes the customer that Time Mode G.M.B.H. received the customer's order. A purchase contract is only concluded if the Time Mode G.M.B.H. Submit the product ordered and confirm the delivery in a second email (delivery confirmation). There is no purchase contract for products from one and the same order, which are not listed in the delivery confirmation.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1. Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period

The customer can withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside of business premises within 14 days without giving reasons.

4.2. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

4.4. Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we have all payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, which result from the fact that you choose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us to repay), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day, on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with them; Under no circumstances will you be charged for fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have returned the goods or until you have provided the proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which the earlier time is.

You have the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract, to send or hand over to us. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

They bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties, properties and functioning of the goods not necessary to deal with them.

General information

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Please send the goods back to us in original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective reversal. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with a suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not send the goods back to us.
  3. Please note that the aforementioned digits 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.

4.5. Implementation of the return/withdrawal
The goods can be returned to the return address within the withdrawal period. If the customer does not send the goods back completely, including all accessories, value replacement may be claimed.

The goods must be returned in a shipping packaging, preferably in the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not exist with the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination of the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

5. Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery of Julie Julen's warehouse will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer. On our website you will find information about the availability of the individual products from warehouse. If Julie Julsen realizes when processing your order that the products ordered by the customer are not available, the customer will be informed of this by email.
Ready for shipping within 24 hours, delivery period 1-5 working days.

6. Diament, payment and late payment of payment

You can pay either by credit card, PayPal or Sofort Transfer. Payment must be made in the currency shown on the invoice. The customer please indicate the required data for the release of the payment on the order form. Julie Julsen arranges the delivery or only supplies the ordered products when the customer's credit card company, PayPal or Sofort transfer has released the payment of the ordered products.

The invoice and the ordered products are sent to the address mentioned in the order confirmation.

7th price

All prices include the applicable VAT of the European Union. The shipping costs are shown separately. In addition to the shipping costs that are shown separately, import duties are incurred. In addition to the purchase price and shipping costs, these must be borne by the customer. Time Mode G.M.B.H. indicate if these import levies are already included in the purchase price.

8. Removal of title

The delivered goods remain owned by Time Mode G.M.B.H., Suppanstraße 69, 9020 Klagenfurt, FN 92093 G, State Court Klagenfurt until the full payment.

9. Liability restriction

The Time Mode G.M.B.H. is only liable for intent and gross negligence, except for personal injury. Liability for financial loss due to slight negligence is excluded.
